1. Defective Items

Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are only offered for items that arrive with manufacturer defects or production errors.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect sizing, color selection, quantity error or other customer input errors.

Minor variations in color, brightness, or saturation due to screen differences or printing processes are not considered defects. Exact color matching is not guaranteed due to standard industry limitations.

Important: Refunds for manufacturer defects are not guaranteed and are subject to review and approval by our print-on-demand provider.

Timeframe:
Defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Submit a Claim:
Email us at fitmonkeys.merch@gmail.com within 30 days and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and follow up with next steps.


2. Non-Refundable Reasons
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of the following:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Color or style change

  • Incorrect quantity ordered
  • Customer error at checkout (including item, size, color, or shipping address)

  • General change of mind

Fit Monkeys Inc. is not responsible for errors made during the ordering process.


3. Final Sale
All sales are considered final, except in cases of verified manufacturer defects.
